Alisha’s Attic
Alisha’s Attic was an English pop combo of two of the 1990s and early 2000s.
They were sisters named Shelly McErlane and Karen Poole. Born in Barking and Chadwell Heath.
Their album Alisha rules the world was released on 4 November 1996. This album went platinum in the following year, with the sale of 400,000 copies in the UK.
Bellefire
This band was formed in 1999 by Louis Walsh. Their impressive vocals are what made them one of our best pics. It was an Irish girl group which was also known as chit chat firstly.
Their active years were from 1999 to 2004. After their first performance, one of their group members named Paula O’Neill left the group.
Their first single named “perfect bliss” went two platinum that year in their own country.
They were best known for their cover “All I Want Is You” in 2002, this made them raise their heels and received a title Top of the pops.
Unfortunately their record company VIRGIN unexpectedly dropped them, and due to this disappointment, another member Tara of their group left to pursue a career in fashion.

Cleopatra
This band was made by three sisters from the UK named Cleo, Yonah, and Terri Higgins. Cover of Jackson 5 and also the brilliant song “Comin” were included in their singles.
Their debut single was “Cleopatra’s Theme” that made it to the UK singles chart ranking #3, moreover, it gave them their first Top 5 hit single.
Their second album was “Step pin’ Out” that gave them the chance of working with the top record producers, including Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.
They also sang a theme tune for a television advertisement ‘Triple Lipstick’. Their active years were 1998-2001, 2008-2009,2013,2017- present.
Atomic Kitten
Atomic Kitten is a British pop girl group that began in 1998, but their first personification will always rock in our hearts.
Their current members are Natasha Hamilton and Liz McCarron. Their debut album ‘right now’ was ranked at #39 in the UK and was released in October 2000.
Between 2002 to 2004 their greatest hits were ‘FEELS SO GOOD’ and ‘LADIES NIGHT’.
They started live concerts in 2013 and the girls continue to rock the stage to date.
Eternal
Eternal was again a British girl group formed in 1992 consisting of members named Easther Bennett and her elder sister named Vernia Bennett also with Kelle Bryan along with her friend and classmate Louise Redknapp.
This group got success at the international level with the sale of 10 million records worldwide which earns it the 8th position in our list.
Unfortunately, the famous Louise and Kelle left the group, and eternal was disbanded in 2000.

They are again a British girls group consisting of Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena, and Siobhan Donaghy.
The popular group was formed in the year 1998. They released their first debut album named One Touch in 2000 through London records which earned them a good breakthrough.
They were at their best when in 2001 Donaghy left the lot and was soon replaced by Heidi Range.
After which they released three multi-platinum selling albums. They were also named as Mutya Keisha Siobhan. Their active years were from 1998-2014 and recently resurfaced in 2019.
B*Witched

The top three from our list is a sensation among the girl bands of the 90s and 2000s. TLC is a group of American girls Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes and Rosenda “Chili” Thomas, it was formed in Georgia in the year 1991.
Nine of the top-ten hits were scored by them on the Billboard Hot 100. Their four successful singles were ‘Creep’, ‘Waterfalls’, ‘No Scrubs’ and ‘Unpretty’.
The Recording Industry Association of America gave them the diamond certification on their multi-platinum album ‘CrazySexyCool’. It was known as the best-selling American’s girl group having sold over 85 million records worldwide. At the 17th MOBO awards, they were honored with outstanding contribution to music, twenty years after their debut.
Unfortunately, their group member Lopes died in 2002, after her death they decided that instead of replacing her, they would work as duo, and in 2017 they released their fifth self-titled album TLC.
All Saints
This group came into being in 1993 but was well known by their debut album in 1997, including Never Ever, Under the Bridge, Bootie Call and I Know Where It’s At. The All Saints made a name for themselves, especially in Europe.
They were an English-Canadian girl group formed in London, including members Melanie Blatt, Shantay Lewis, and Simone Rainford. After Rainford left the group, they dropped their label. Later two sisters named Nicole and Natalie joined the group and they signed the London records.
Their active years were from 1993 to 2001, 2006 to 2008, 2013 till this day. The won two Brit Awards namely best British Single and Best British Video, moreover, this group was also nominated for Best British Breakthrough Act.
