Today I will debunk all the myths about coffee like Is coffee fattening for you? or does it ruin your skin? Coffee has been around for many years, yet people are still researching for anything that is harmful in it. Coffee is simply awesome if we consider the health benefits it has.

A research showed that 70 cups of coffee can kill you. But who is going to drink that much coffee anyway?

Remember that excess of everything is bad.

The thing is coffee is simply awesome and there are no side-effects to it.

Well, it’s actually quite the opposite, if you are talking about the black coffee only. But yes it can be fattening with milk and sugar but only because of milk and sugar. You know all the Fat burners people use like “lipo this or lipo that” or “fat cutter” and many others, well the list goes on and on. The point is all of them have the one main key ingredient. Coffee.

When we drink coffee, our metabolic rate increases and we burn fats way faster than usual. An experiment was conducted on rats and those who were given caffeine gained weight slowly.

Coffee actually motivates you to work.  Sometimes you don’t feel like going out or doing anything. It is natural. But at the same time, you need to do it as well.

That might be your pending assignment or your work out session at the gym. Therefore, coffee can make you go with the flow.

It will pull your senses together and make you want to get up and start doing whatever is left to work on.

It kicks in the power inside you and that is probably why a lot of people rely on it in the morning. So there is no way, a coffee can be fattening for you.

Since it is reactive, it can form other substances (free radicals are the actual term, I believe), like cancer.

anyways the point is the coffee can remove these bad diseases because it has antioxidants.

(Coffee is the biggest source of antioxidants intake of an average American person right now.)

Protects your skin.

Good news for ladies, coffee will make your skin glow.

It promotes blood circulation, so it reduces swelling that is also a good point for the people who have acne problems.

Coffee also makes our skin look smooth.

It apparently inhibits the DNA damage response that protects our skin from the Sun.

All you need to know is that coffee protects us from the UV rays, simple is that.

Makes you healthy.

A single cup of coffee has Vitamin B2, vitamin B5, Manganese and Potassium, Niacin and Magnesium.

All of them have several health benefits. Also, there is also a weird rumor about coffee that it causes our body to lose calcium.

This is not right, if anything Coffee increases calcium in our body, of course when we take it with milk.

Coffee is also good for our heart because again as it increases blood circulation, so there is a little chance of arteries being clogged.

It is also good for our liver and can even cure a damaged liver of an alcoholic or a heavy drinker.

Coffee makes you happy.

If you want to go into more depth then you might have to learn two biology words. There is Serotonin, then there’s Dopamine.

Brain cells or neurons send our other body-cells signals to produce these two chemicals.

When they are produced we feel happy.

What coffee does is that it elevates those signals so we become less depressed.

The bottom line:

Coffee is awesome.

Drink it to lose fats, to improve your workouts, to save your liver and to stay happy and healthy.
