Today I will show you on how to fill your mind with positive thoughts instead of Negatives. If you are a negative thinker, you will probably every other thing in your life.

It will be nothing less than a mess and you will never blame yourself for the self-created mess as well.

I know how it feels. I have been there several times, until I decided to walk out of this puddle of mud, which I had stepped into, with my very own choice.

Negativity has the superpower to overwhelm your mindset on the ultimately wrong side. It not only irritates you but also consumes you from inside out.

But if you think that negativity is a habit or a trait of yours; you are so wrong about it.

You have just set yourself to be a prey for negativity and thus, you decide not to change it. But the truth is that you can actually change it and alter the way you think.

I know all the negative thinker will be like; we got all these lectures which never really helped.

But know that it is you, and only you, who are not willing to gain help from these.

I really don’t like people who tell me tips on how to stop thinking negative and so I have hardly tried them.

Until one day, it just popped into my head, that negativity was only eating me up and no one was aware of it. Even I did not think about it.

I thought about how it was snatching some of the best ever moments from me. And that is exactly when I decided to get my hands on some tips and give them a try.

The first step to cut out negativity from your life is to sleep properly.

The best way to do this is to create a proper sleeping cycle. Make sure that you take 7-8 hours of sleep daily.

2. Write A Journal:

The biggest problem with negativity is that you cannot find appropriate reasoning for it.

You cannot make other people understand it even.

The negative thoughts tend to hide off the real reason for distress and change the path of our thinking and stress.

At the end, you just hate the entire situation, without even knowing why you hate it in the first place.

The best way is to crumble down your negative thoughts in a journal.

This gives your thoughts some actual meaning, rather than being just scattered thoughts in real life.

As soon as you start thinking negative, write it down so that all of your frustration gets beaten down on a piece of paper.

3. Don’t Go to Extremes while Thinking:

We all think negative sometimes, but some of us just take it to a “life and death” level.

Thinking in extremes makes you avoid the positivism of life and whatever good happens to you.

So try beating down the extremism here. Don’t stretch the situations in the negative path.

Don’t go to extremes while you think.

4. Re-frame the Situation:

Every situation has a positive and negative aspect. So it is always better to re-frame the situation and consider both of the sides. This is nothing less than a nightmare to put on trial.

But once you start doing this in every situation; you will start seeing the effects of it.

For example, you have a missed a flight (which is certainly a negative thing to happen) but on the other hand, you can think that there is something that awaits you in your own hometown.

You never know that you get some amazing opportunity right there.

It all just depends on the way you think.
