How to know if you’re relationship wont last

how to tell if he wants to break up
How to tell if he wants to break up? Well, there are ways you find it out but it's hard because relationships don’t come with an expiry date, even when a lot of us wish that they did. A lot of us get the hint that it’s an expiration date for our relationship when the bad experiences start increasing or outweighing the wonderful ones. Still, as they say, that love is blind, a lot of us get dumb and foolish with it as well. As if these traits come free with the package of young love. Where love can give you a feeling of positivism, freedom, and peace; sometimes it can be really suffocating and hard to handle as well. That is exactly when you need to cut the rope that is holding you back and run as far as you can from the creepy person that is making your life nothing less than a chaos. We all get into the breakup phase. But some of us are extremely dumb to actually realize the fact that we are being dumped again and...

how to change your life in a year
How to change your life in a year? What are some of the life-improving techniques? It's time for a change and I will show you how. How many times have you vowed to yourself that you are going to make your life better? And then how many times you have found yourself lying on the couch like your pet dog Tommy? You really don’t need to peep around to see if I am actually there; this is the story of almost everybody’s life these days! All those dumb New Year’s Resolutions or the promises you make while you stare at your zombie's face in the mirror are completely useless. Trust me they are hopeless and the weirdest ways to think that things might work out for you. What you really need to do...

How to get out of fight or flight mode? – Stage Fright

How to get out of fight or flight mode
So how to get out of fight or flight mode? Well, first you need to know what exactly is fight or flight response. Fight or flight response is simply your body telling you to either stay and fight or literally run away. Your body doesn't know whether it's running away from a mad dog chasing or is on the stage in front of hundreds of people waiting for you to say something. That's why your blood pressure spikes, heart rate becomes faster and your body starts to shake, it's just your body trying to help you by pumping more blood in your muscles, so "you can run away from that dog." Stage-fright also called performance anxiety happens because we get scared on stage and we get scared because we fear of making a mistake, rejection and of unknowing. We care about our reputation, and we don't want to ruin it. It's in our nature and that's why we can never eliminate it from our minds completely but we can still control it and the typical "imagine all people naked" advice is not going to work here and why would it,...

See how I overcame depression with this 1 step

I want to give up on life and die
Feeling I want to give up on life and die? Before doing anything read this first - You are not alone. Last night I saw these searches below and I was so shocked to see all these bloggers promoting suicide. It's very sad indeed and so I decided to write an article on depression. As I have been through this myself. There is a bridge in San Francisco "The Golden Gate Bridge" from where many people who are victims of depression, jump off to suicide every month. Up till now, 1600 dead bodies have been found. Many people have tried to kill themselves. Some of them were saved by many specialized rescue teams while others jumped and few luckily didn't die. Of all those people who didn't die, even though broke all their bones, said the same thing every time they were asked about how they felt. They all replied with the same thing that the minute they jumped they realized that it was not the right choice. But it was too late because they were about to hit the surface. They realized that life is precious. They realized...

After LASIK surgery instructions – Procedure, Complications & Risks

After LASIK surgery instructions
Find out after LASIK surgery instructions here, I had LASIK (laser-assisted in-situ keratomileuses) surgery about a year ago. I went in and within 15 minutes, my whole life was changed. Recently one of my friends consulted me about "Should I go for it?" and that is why I'm writing this article to help all of you people, including him, who are confused. Let's start off: Should I go for it? Well, it all comes down to one thing and that is your cornea's thickness. The laser procedure is basically reshaping of your cornea by thinning it and that makes the blurred images sharper. The average human cornea thickness is 540 microns, so If your's is less than that I'd say you should not do it because it will cause you problems later on. Problems like seeing halos or glare when seeing a light (especially at night), dryness of eyes and blurry images. (As you will see later on, in an image of my report that I uploaded ) I had some trouble with my left eye as it was having cornea's thickness of about 541 microns (right close to the average) but...
